SITE SANTA FE Curator Brandee Caoba will lead a guided tour of Tristan Duke: Glacial Optics. Drawing on art and science to capture images of a planet on the brink, Duke’s exhibition takes on greater urgency in our current moment of climate precarity. Recognized for his innovations in photography, video, and experimental media, Duke engages glacial ice as an artistic medium and collaborator. Caoba will explore the artist’s inventive process to create the series of large-scale photographs of Arctic landscapes in the exhibition.
