As part of the Tierra + Cosmos // Land + Cosmos Benefit Weekend, co-curator and artist Teresita Fernández and visiting curator Carla Acevedo-Yates discuss the construction of what has been historically defined as landscape, what lies in its liminal and layered spaces, what and who is omitted and erased, and the colonial legacies that persist in how we have come to understand the land we occupy.
