Kim Jones

Year born:

1944

Location:

San Bernardino, CA

Kim Jones is well known for his performance work, drawings, and sculptures. He has appeared on street corners and in subways, galleries and museums as “Mud Man,” an aggressive, adaptive moving sculpture constructed of lattice, sticks, tape, and mud. The works in the show typify the grotesque with their disconcertingly graphic details of human and animal parts melded together.
