We are proud to share that SITE Guide and Alumni SITE Scholar, Martin Wannam, has a new exhibition, THEY, opening at Ellsworth Gallery this Friday, January 10th.

From Ellsworth Gallery: “Using materials such as glitter, foam, concrete, makeup, and religious ephemera, Wannam explores the fraught relationship between the LGBTQ community and the Catholic Church in their native country Guatemala. Comprised of photography and sculpture, They will lure you in through its intentional pop and kitsch outer-surface, before exposing its true spirit—one defiant and unapologetically political.”
