How can our space help your organization during this time?

While SITE currently cannot use our Auditorium for large in-person events and public programs, this multi-purpose space can still serve the community in new ways guided by COVID-safe practices.

SITE Santa Fe is pleased to announce that we will be extending the pilot of our Community Space Share program until such time as gatherings of more than 20 people are again allowed in Santa Fe County. This means that our state-of-the-art Auditorium is available for use by your small group Mon-Thurs, 9am-5pm at little to no cost!

Some ideal uses for our space:

– Rehearsal space for a small dance or theater company
– Video production of virtual content
– Small workshops, classes, or trainings for your workplace
– Whatever else you can dream up!

TERMS OF USE:

Limitations:

Use of the space shall be subject to New Mexico’s current public health orders as they relate to COIVD-19, including mandatory use of face coverings while on SITE’s premises.

– No fitness classes are allowed at this time
– Sales to the public from SITE’s premises are prohibited
– No alcohol may be consumed
– Fundraisers for other organizations will be subject to SITE’s Venue Rental rates and event rental guidelines

Cost:

SITE is committed to offering this resource at as little expense as possible to Santa Fe organizations, but in some cases a fee to cover hard costs will be necessary. Possible expenses include, but are not limited to, SITE staff time for AV work, furniture set up or cleaning. When possible, we will also welcome in-kind contributions or trade in services to offset any expenses.

SITE will require that any outside party using our space sign a usage agreement. At the discretion of SITE’s Events Manager, users may be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance and/or leave a refundable damage deposit.
