10,000 Waves will treat us to a crash course on Japanese food and drink! Deborah Fleig and Linda Tetrault are top-level sake sommeliers from Floating World Sake Imports who will start us off with a sake tasting and introduction to this traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage.

Then, learn Japanese cooking secrets from the kitchen of Izanami, the acclaimed new restaurant at the Waves.

Please note: this lecture is only open to people 21 and over, due to the alcohol tastings.
